Welcome to STANS ("the App"), operated by STANS LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

STANS is a ticket price tracking and comparison platform that provides:

  • Price Tracking: Monitoring ticket prices across third-party platforms including SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick, Gametime, and others.
  • Price Comparison: Displaying side-by-side ticket pricing from multiple resale marketplaces.
  • Price Alerts: Sending push notifications when tracked ticket prices change or meet user-defined thresholds.
  • Price History: Showing historical price trends and charts to help users make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Event Discovery: Browsing and searching for live events by location, category, and artist.

2. Important Disclaimers

2.1 We Do Not Sell Tickets

STANS is a price tracking and comparison tool only. We do not sell, resell, distribute, or broker tickets. When you choose to purchase tickets, you will be redirected to the respective third-party ticketing platform (e.g., SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick), and your purchase is subject to that platform's own terms, conditions, and policies.

2.2 Price Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date pricing information, ticket prices are dynamic and change frequently. We cannot guarantee that prices shown in the App will match the exact price at the time of your purchase on a third-party platform. Prices displayed may be subject to additional fees, taxes, or surcharges imposed by the ticketing platform.

2.3 Third-Party Platforms

STANS aggregates publicly available pricing data from third-party ticketing platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these platforms unless explicitly stated. Each platform's trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (such as saving events to your watchlist or setting price alerts), you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App through automated means.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use pricing data obtained from the App for commercial resale or redistribution.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

STANS offers both free and premium tiers. The free tier includes basic event browsing and limited price tracking. Premium features, including expanded tracking limits and advanced alerts, may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design, and software — are the exclusive property of STANS LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • STANS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your reliance on pricing data displayed in the App.
  • We are not responsible for any transactions you complete on third-party ticketing platforms.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STANS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
