STANS LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the STANS mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

  • Location Data: With your permission, we collect your approximate location to show events and venues near you. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and crash reporting.
  • Usage Data: Events you view, searches you perform, and features you interact with to improve the App experience.
  • Push Notification Tokens: If you enable notifications, we store your device token to send price drop alerts and other notifications you have opted into.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Ticketmaster API: We retrieve publicly available event information (event names, dates, venues, categories) to display in the App.
  • Ticketing Platforms: We collect publicly available ticket pricing data from platforms such as SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick, Gametime, and others to power our price comparison and tracking features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
  • Track ticket prices for events on your watchlist and deliver price alerts.
  • Show events and pricing relevant to your location and preferences.
  • Send push notifications for price drops, price alerts, and important updates (with your consent).
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve features, performance, and user experience.
  • Communicate with you regarding your account, support requests, or service updates.
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the App.

3. How We Share Your Information

    • Apple Push Notification Service (push notifications)

The App contains links to third-party ticketing platforms for ticket purchases. When you click "Buy" on a ticket listing, you will be directed to that platform's website or app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before making a purchase.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
